  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1. The present privacy policy of the PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum contains the information concerning the main principles and procedures of personal data processing and the execution of your rights when using the website of the PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum at www.vitlicejus.lt (hereinafter – the Website).
    2. By using the Website, providing your data, sending or otherwise providing information about yourself to the PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum, continuing browsing the Website, you confirm that you have read the present Privacy Policy, understand its provisions and agree to comply with them.
    3. When processing your personal data, we comply with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter – the Regulation), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the LLPPD) and other applicable legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.
  1. PERSONAL DATA BEING COLLECTED AND THE PURPOSE OF ITS PROCESSING
    1. The PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum receives and stores the following information provided by you when visiting the Website:
      1. 2.1.1.IP address, connection time, Website visits, information concerning your browser in use. We process this data in order to collect, store and monitor the information for statistical purposes or in order to perform Website functions (use of cookies);
      2. 2.1.2.Your name, surname, contact details and any other your submitted information that you provided in order to contact us and to complete an inquiry form on the Website. We process this data in order to contact you and respond to your inquiries submitted via our Website.
    2. The personal data provided on the Website will be used for the purposes outlined in the present Privacy Policy.
  1. PRINCIPLES EMPLOYED FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA
    1. Personal data is processed in compliance with the following principles:
      1. 3.1.1.personal data is collected for defined and legal purposes, and it may not be further processed for purposes incompatible with those established before the personal data was collected;
      2. 3.1.2.personal data is processed accurately, fairly and legally;
      3. 3.1.3.personal data must be accurate and, if required for the processing of personal data, constantly updated; inaccurate or incomplete data must be corrected, complemented, destroyed, or its processing must be discontinued;
      4. 3.1.4.the volume of personal data must be such as is required for its collection and further processing;
      5. 3.1.5.during the collection and processing of personal data, the accuracy and proportionality principles are observed, the redundant data is neither stored nor processed;
      6. 3.1.6.personal data is stored in such a form as to allow the identification of Data Subjects for a period no longer than required for the purposes for which the data was collected and processed;
      7. 3.1.7.personal data is processed in such a way as to ensure the adequate security of personal data by employing appropriate technical, physical or organizational means, including the protection against unauthorized or illegal data processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage (the principle of integrity and confidentiality);
      8. 3.1.8.personal data is processed in accordance with the clear and transparent requirements for the processing of personal data established by the Regulation, LLPPD and other laws regulating the corresponding activities.
  1. YOUR RIGHTS AND THEIR EXECUTION PROCEDURE
    1. You have the right to:
      1. 4.1.1.Access your personal data and learn way it is processed (right of access);
      2. 4.1.2.Demand the personal data to be amended or, depending on the purposes of the processing of personal data, complemented in case of the incomplete personal data (right to rectification);
      3. 4.1.3.Demand your data to be destroyed, or processing activities of your data to be suspended (excluding storage) (right to erasure and right to be forgotten);
      4. 4.1.4.Demand the personal data controller to restrict the data processing (right to restriction of processing);
      5. 4.1.5.Right to transfer data (right to data portability);
      6. 4.1.6.Not agree with the processing of personal data for direct marketing;
      7. 4.1.7.Revoke the consents given for the personal data processing for the purposes for which the consents were given;
      8. 4.1.8.Submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
    2. In order to execute your rights, contact the PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum in writing by sending an e-mail in the state language to [email protected], by submitting a request in person or by post to 44, Ateities St., Vilnius.
    3. Along with the request, a proof of identity is required.
    4. The request to execute your rights must be legible, signed by you, contain your name, surname, contact information in order to maintain communication or to disclose how you wish to receive a response.
    5. Alternatively, you may execute your rights through a representative. In this instance, the request provided by your representative must include their name, surname, contact information in order to maintain communication or to disclose how the representative wishes to receive a response, as well as the name, surname, date of birth and data required for the identification of the data subject, and a document confirming the basis for representation or its copy must be provided.
    6. No later than one month after the receipt of your request, the PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum will provide you with information regarding the actions taken in response to the request. If the provision of the information is delayed, you will be informed within the established time period, provided with the reasons for the delay, the time required for the provision of the information and the information about the possibility to file a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
    7. The PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum may refuse to comply with a request by providing a substantiated response if circumstances established in the Regulation and other legal acts regulating data protection are identified.
  1. DISCLOSURE OF THE DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
    1. The PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum does not transfer any of your personal data to third parties unless your consent to disclose personal data has been obtained or the transfer is legally required.
    2. The PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum has the right to employ the services of partners that aid in managing the Website and data processors who process personal data. We employ the services of only those data processors who ensure that the data processing complies with the requirements of the Regulation and other legal acts, as well as the protection of your rights as data subjects.

    1. The website of the PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum may contain links to third-party websites, legal acts, as well as links to social networks, there also may be content uploaded from other websites (for example, photos, texts, etc.). Third-party websites, the links to which are provided on the website of the PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum, are subject to the privacy policies of these websites. The PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum does not take responsibility under privacy policies of such websites or third parties.
  1. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. The PI Vilnius Engineering and Technology Lyceum has the right to make additions or amendments to the Privacy Policy by publishing them on the Website.
    2. The present Privacy Policy and its subsequent changes come into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
